Ranch and Camping Resort
 You will find our resort to be clean, quiet, well-shaded and scenic.
Our 160-acre Ranch is composed of six camping areas separated by large
meadows and shaded ponderosa pines. The Main Camp and Ranch Camp each
have a bathhouse and laundromat close by.
Note: All camping and Camping Cabin rates are based on two person
occupancy. There is a $3.00 charge for each additional person. Children
7 years and younger stay FREE. Campfires must be extinguished by 11:00
p.m. in all areas.

Cabins
 Enjoy the atmosphere and your favorite camping rituals, while still
being able to curl up inside one of our cozy Camping Cabins.
We now have two styles of Camping Cabins available to more closely fit
the needs of the traveler. Customers must provide their own
bedding, towels, and cooking utensils for the Camping Cabins.
Traditional Camping Cabins $51.95
For two people plus $3.00 charge for each additional person.
Children 7 years and younger stay FREE. Sleep up to six persons
with one double mattress, a twin size bunk, and a dinette table that folds into a
double mattress. They do not have their own bathroom facilities but
are supported by a nearby bathhouse and laundry. Electric heat,
an electrical outlet, wood cooking grills and picnic tables are
provided at the cabin. We also have two four person Traditional
Camping Cabins available at $47.95 per night for two people.
Comfort Camping Cabins $87.95
For two people plus $3.00 charge for each
additional person. Children 7 years
and younger stay FREE. Sleeping arrangements are identical to the
standard Traditional Camping Cabins. We do not provide bedding and towels or
utensils. Our Comfort Camping Cabins provide all the amenities of the Traditional
Camping Cabins, but include bathrooms with a shower, sink and toilet.
They also include a microwave, small refrigerator and dining table.
Comfort Camping Cabins with air conditioning - $92.95 for two persons.
Ranch Camping Cabins $148.95
Our
Ranch Cabins are double room cabins which sleep up to eight. It has a
bathroom/shower, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen sink, TV/VCR and
outside gas grill, fire grate and picnic table. Sleeping
arrangements include two queen beds, one set of twin bunks and sofa
hideaway. Customers must provide their own linens, towels and
utensils/pots, pans and personal items.
Nightly rates for the Ranch Cabin are $148.95 for two people plus
$3.00 charge for each additional person. All cabins are
located close to bathhouses and laundromats.

Cabin Reminders
- Cabins are non-smoking. ($100 penalty)
- No Pets in Comfort Cabins or Ranch Cabins (limited availability in Traditional Cabins).
- Check-in time is
2:00 PM
. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Reservation policy - A one night deposit is required.
- Reservation cancellation - Refunds will be made if cancellation is
made 30 or more days prior to arrival date.
A $20.00 handling fee will
be deducted from the deposit for any change to a reservation.
Guests are responsible for all nights reserved. Seperate cancelation policy applies for Sturgis Bike Week and Group Reservations.
Cancellation Policy
Campsites
There is a $10.00 handling fee for changes or cancellations to any campsite. If
a campsite is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to check in time of the arrival date,
the first night's deposit is forfeited. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved.
Cabins
There is a $20.00 handling fee
for changes or cancellations to any cabin. If a cabin is canceled less than
30 days prior to the arrival date, the first night's deposit is forfeited. Guests
are responsible for all nights reserved.
Cancellation Policy for Sturgis Bike Week (August 1,2,3,4,5 and 6, 2008) and Group Reservations.
We do not raise our rates during this week.
Cabins and Campsites
There is a $25.00 handling fee
for campsites and cabins. A two nights deposit is required to hold all reservations.
First night's deposit is nonrefundable. Cancellations or changes made 72 hours to
30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit two night's deposit. Cancellations or
changes made less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will be charged for the
entire stay. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved.
