Camping and Cabin Rates and Cancelation Policies

CANCELATION POLICIES AND FEES:

Reservation Fee: $5

Requested Site- Fee: $20

Campsite shortening stay fee: $20/night

Cabin and Camping rates include 2 people in the party.
Additional persons:
-Ages 10 and below are free. 

 -Above the age of 10 are $4/night

CANCELATION POLICIES:

CANCELATION POLICY FOR CAMPSITES:
A two-night deposit is required to hold all reservations.

First night’s deposit is non-refundable for all reservations.

Cancellations or changes made 7 days to 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the second nights stay. Cancellations or changes made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the entire stay. Guests are obligated to pay for all nights reserved.

There is a $20 per night fee for changes that result in shortening the length of stay for any campsite reservation up to 7 days prior to the arrival date. Changes are not allowed within 7 days prior to check in and guests are obligated to pay for all nights reserved.

GROUP CANCELATION POLICY:
Group Sites/cabins (7 campsites and or cabins total) must be paid in full by March 15th. Reservation is forfeited if not paid in full by March 15th. No refunds issued after March 15th.

LONG DURATION STAY POLICY:
Any Reservation covering more than 15 nights must be paid in full by March 15th. Reservation is forfeited if not paid in full by March 15th. No refunds issued after March 15th.

CANCELATION POLICY FOR CABINS:
Cabins must be paid for in full by March 15th. Reservation is forfeited if not paid in full by March 15th. These payments are non-refundable.
*We highly recommend our guests seek travel insurance for cancelation needs. We do not provide travel insurance.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
ATV/UTV Rules and Regulations:
All ATV/UTV’s are restricted to only sites with the length and size to accommodate them and must be reserved upon reservation made. Additional vehicles such as ATV’s/UTV’s must be registered at the front desk during check in but not guaranteed availability to accommodate unless previously reserved during reservation. ATV’s/UTV’s are allowed in the campground via reservation at a cost of $10 per night per site. Additional vehicles or trailers that do not fit on the gravel area of the site may be asked to park in an area that will accommodate them.

Pet Policy:
Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times. Pets on campsites are $3 per night per pet. There is a maximum of 3 pets allowed per campsite. For Insurance reasons, we cannot accept aggressive breeds as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, or Chows on the property.
