1. Reservation Is Not Confirmed Upon Submission
I understand that submitting this Early Bird Reservation Request Form does not confirm my reservation.
My reservation will not be considered confirmed until all of the following have occurred:
- I have completed and signed the required non-refundable Guest Acknowledgment & Signature on the bottom of this request form;
- Rafter J Bar Ranch Resort has contacted me by phone regarding the reservation;
- Full payment has been received by the Rafter J Bar Ranch Resort;
- Rafter J Bar Ranch Resort has sent me a follow up email confirming the reservation,
- including my confirmation number and confirmation of non refundable payment in full.
Until I receive the confirmation email and confirmation number from Rafter J Bar Ranch Resort, my reservation request is not guaranteed or confirmed.
2. Payment in Full Required
Early Bird Reservations must be paid in full at the time the reservation is confirmed.
A reservation request is not considered confirmed until Rafter J Bar Ranch Resort has received payment in full and all required acknowledgement and confirmation procedures have been completed.
3. Early Bird Reservation Is Non-Refundable
I understand and acknowledge that my Early Bird Reservation payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once my Early Bird Reservation has been confirmed, Rafter J Bar Ranch Resort will not issue a refund for cancellation, change of plans, early departure, no-show, illness, weather, travel interruption, or any other reason.
4. Third-Party Travel Insurance
I understand that Rafter J Bar Ranch Resort strongly recommends obtaining third-party travel insurance or other appropriate travel protection before making payment.
If an unexpected event causes me to cancel my reservation or otherwise results in a financial loss, I understand that I must seek reimbursement, if available, directly through the third-party travel insurance policy that I independently obtain.
Rafter J Bar does not process refunds in place of travel insurance and is not responsible for reimbursing losses that may be covered by a guest's third-party travel insurance policy.
5. Rafter J Bar Ranch Resort Is Not the Insurance Provider
I understand that Rafter J Bar Ranch Resort does not sell, provide, administer, or guarantee travel insurance coverage.
Any decision regarding coverage, eligibility, reimbursement, or payment of an insurance claim is solely between me and my third-party insurance provider.
I am responsible for reviewing the insurance policy, including its coverage, exclusions, limitations, claim requirements, and deadlines.
